PUMPKIN WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE
My little girl formally holds the title of Biggest Pumpkin Lover in our home. She is dependably the most energized one of the group for pumpkin season to begin. She adores our No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake and our Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte the best. This previous week was a harsh one for her with school classes being somewhat overpowering for her. When she is having a terrible day, we regularly will travel to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. We will just talk and enable her to de-stress.
Since I had some remaining pumpkin in my ice chest that was shouting to be utilized, I chose to spare a portion of our $$'s and make both of us our own fall refreshments comfortable. The cooler climate dependably makes them long for hot cocoa. So I chose to make this simple Homemade Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate.
I still can't seem to make a major cluster of our Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix. This post advised me that I have to do as such, lol.

Ingredients
- 3 cup Milk
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions :
- In a medium pan, combine milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, salt and vanilla.
- Heat over medium heat whisking until the mixture begins to simmer.
- Add in white chocolate chips and stir until it is melted and blended.
- Pour into cups and garnish with whipped topping and dust
- with pumpkin pie spice.
