Smoothie bowls make it simple to pack in a lot of filling superfoods and supplements, beginning the morning out on an energetically solid note. This can have a significant effect in your vitality and center for the duration of the day. In addition, they possess a flavor like ICE CREAM – simply spoon and crunch your approach to breakfast paradise with new organic product, granola, coconut chips and whatever garnishes you want.
This formula is straightforward yet in addition profoundly adjustable, as most smoothie bowls seem to be, however it tastes overly invigorating and is not the same as any smoothie bowl I've at any point made. Now and then straightforward is best since then you can include an entire pack of fixings without stressing how they will influence the taste.
This Superfood Breakfast Smoothie Bowl turned an excellent pastel mint shading (I'm about shading for smoothie bowls!) from the spirulina I included. Shop my go-to brand of spirulina here. Spirulina is one of my most loved superfoods as it's comprised of 60-70% unadulterated plant protein, complete with 18 amino acids – including all basic amino acids. It's effectively consumed and effectively processed in the body as well.
