Corn Casserole for the Holidays is certainly a family most loved side dish. It is a sweet and appetizing, hoe cake like dish that is excessively delightful and simple to make.
I don't recall how Corn Casserole turned into a standard Thanksgiving and Christmas supper staple in our family. I simply realize that at whatever point our family is discussing our vacation supper it is a given that I will bring corn meal.
It is never going to be confounded as a vegetable side dish, however it is the most delightful piece of Thanksgiving or Christmas. I ensure there won't be any remains.
