Liquefying Witch Hot Chocolate is actually what you should taste on while you enhance the house for Halloween!

I can hardly imagine how I held up so long to share this Melting Witch Hot Chocolate formula with you all!

This Halloween formula is one of the absolute initial ones I made this season! For reasons unknown it's simply been pushed back to the corner! How inconsiderate of me.

MELTING WITCH HOT CHOCOLATE #drinks #halloween

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups of whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped into tiny pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Green food coloring

GREEN WHIPPED CREAM

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Green food coloring

WITCH COOKIE HATS

  • 4 Chocolate Kiss Candies (I used Hershey Kisses)
  • 4 Chocolate cookies ( I used Fudge Stripes)
  • Orange Icing

INSTRUCTIONS
GREEN WHIPPED CREAM

  1. In the bowl of a mixer add 1 cup heavy cream and the sugar.
  2. Whip on medium high until stiff peaks form. Mix in vanilla and a few drops of green food coloring.

MELTING WITCH HOT CHOCOLATE

  1. Add the whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla and chopped white chocolate to a medium saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Heat until the white chocolate is melted and the hot chocolate starts to simmer.
  3. Do not let it burn or boil!
  4. Stir in a drop or two of green food coloring.
  5. Pour hot chocolate into mugs. Top with Green whipped cream and a witch hat cookie.

WITCH HAT COOKIES

  1. Flip Fudge Stripe cookies over to chocolate side.
  2. Fill a plastic sandwich baggie with the orange icing and pipe an icing circle around the center of the cookie.
  3. Press an unwrapped chocolate kiss candy into the middle of the orange icing.
