Fresh broiled brussel grows with a velvety dijon aioli plunging sauce!
These heavenly brussel sprouts would make the best occasion party hors d'oeuvre or side-dish. They are exceedingly irresistible and loaded with flavor.
The Christmas season can be so confused between the gatherings, cooking, shopping, over our effectively exceptionally bustling schedules it tends to be to such an extent! I cherish how simple and basic this formula is. The dijon aioli fixings are things I generally have in my home.

Ingredients
Crispy Brussel Sprouts
- 1 lb. brussel sprouts, halved. or cut into wedges if they are bigger
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Dijon Aioli
- 1/4 cup mayo, I use avocado oil mayo
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp dijon
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp fresh chopped or dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Toss your brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15-18 minutes or until they are crispy!
- Meanwhile, combine all the aioli ingredients besides the parsley. Mix together and chill until the brussel sprouts are ready.
- Serve aioli in a small dipping bowl and top with fresh or dried parsley. Dip the brussel sprouts in the dipping sauce and enjoy!
