satisfied Thursday! i hope you’re all playing this week thus far… and if not, hiya – the following day is FRIDAY. So there’s that. It’s been cold and rainy here, and my iphone says greater snow is most possibly heading into town this evening. The silver lining? Our fridge is stocked, the wine cart is full (continually), and season three of residence of playing cards is looking my name. Crappy climate has its perks!

- 1 1/2 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste (I recommend a 1/4 teaspoon of each)
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°(F).
- cut the cauliflower into bite-sized portions; switch to a massive bowl; set aside. In a small bowl combine olive oil, sriracha, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Pour the sriracha aggregate over the cauliflower and mix properly, making sure the cauliflower is nicely lined in the sauce.
- unfold the cauliflower onto a huge baking sheet and bake for 20 mins, stirring as soon as on the half of manner factor. boom the oven temperature to 475 and bake for some other 12 mins, or till golden brown. Serve right now.
