  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • optional: 12-oz bag frozen pearl onions, thawed & patted dry (I forgot to include!)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a pan or line with foil and spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk salt and garam masala collectively.
  3. Pat fowl wings dry with smooth paper towels—this can help them crisp up!
  4. Coat each within the spice mixture and region onto baking pan.
