I got here up with this double chocolate almond butter cookie whammy due to the fact I’ve been lusting after my Keto cakes AND after cookies in same measures. So I notion, why no longer halve my efforts and integrate the 2?
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened

- 1 cup / 260g almond butter smooth
- 1/2 cup / 60g granulated sweetener erythritol or monkfruit
- 3 tbsp almond milk unsweetened, if needed
- 1 large egg
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to a hundred seventy five Celsius / 350 Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, mix almond butter, cocoa powder, granulated sweetener and the egg with a fork until nicely-blended.
