As you may have speculated, I'm still matcha insane! While my preferred method to drink it is whisking a warm bowl of unadulterated matcha tea each morning (see my Matcha Guide), this velvety smoothie is another stunning method to appreciate it as the temps warmth up. We've been appreciating these as a late morning lift me-up a few times each week. Banana and matcha are a lovely pair. What's more, this invigorating, stimulating, cancer prevention agent rich smoothie is an ideal summer drink.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe banana (frozen if possible)
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp. Encha Organic Matcha (latte-grade)
- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 2-3 ice cubes
