We ate this as a dip for chips, however the original recipe honestly is greater of a corn salad to be served as a side dish. And both way you need to serve it's far exquisite! It’s fine to have a versatile recipe! The handiest difference is, if serving it as a salad, you’ll want to crush up approximately 3/four of a bag of Doritos and stir it into the corn aggregate. because i was serving it with chips, I didn’t mix them in and we simply scooped up the corn mixture on Doritos. you may do both or both!
liked that this dip became mild and clean. once in a while with dips (like tacky rotel dip or 7 layer Mexican dip) they're so heavy and filling that i will’t devour whatever else with it. This corn dip, but, was light sufficient to devour and experience masses of different delicious soccer meals! It made a first-rate addition to our tailgate as we watched the Auburn Tigers march on to an 8-1 record! warfare Eagle!
