  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely diced or grated
  • ½ teaspoon wholegrain or Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (I used 1 tablespoons avocado oil and 2 tablespoons EVO)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt and pepper
