  • Green chillies – 2, split lengthwise

  • Tomato – 1, large, finely sliced
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Dhaniya powder – ½ tsp
  • Onions – 2 ,medium, finely chopped
  • Chaat masala – a generous pinch
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp


INSTRUCTIONS
The Dough:
