This smooth vegan breakfast will wonder you via how smooth it's miles to make and the way desirable it tastes! and even better if it’s first-rate healthy, so forget about the scrambled egg and use chickpea flour as an alternative. Chick pea flour is high in fiber, vitamins and proteins making it the right replacement for scrambled eggs.
I served it how I used to consume my scramble eggs, with  whole wheat toast, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, sprouts!

INGREDIENTS 
Chickpea scramble :

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • a pinch black pepper
  • 1 tbl nutritional yeast optional
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • a pinch cumin
  • 1 tbl oil
  • 1 onion, diced


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. integrate together chick pea flour, water and spices  and blend properly.
  2. In a pan warmth oil and cook the onions until smooth.
  3. upload the chickpea training to the pan and permit it prepare dinner for little while before breaking it apart. Then hold cooking and stirring sometimes till it resembles scrambled egg.
  4. Serve with toast, chopped tomato, avocado slices and sprouts
