POLENTA BASE

  • 250g streaky bacon, finely diced
  • 200g ricotta, crumbled
  • lemon wedges, to squeeze
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For the polenta base, preheat the oven to 200˚C.
